1/2 Pork Side Deposit

We are very excited to announce that our beautiful and delicious pastured-raised heritage pork Pre Sale has started!

Raised in the sunshine, fed a custom diet of home-grown oats, non gmo peas, and barley and spoiled with loads of apples!

Deposits are open from November 16, 2023 and will close on November 24, 2023.

What to expect in a 1\2 side of pork: pork chops, butt chops, side pork, ground pork, side ribs, back ribs, tenderloins, picnic/ leg roasts.

Sausages can be made at an extra cost. Great options for sausages are porketta, mid Italian, and farmers.

1/2 Pork Side:

Price/lb: $5.50/lb cut, wrapped, frozen.

Estimated hanging weight: 100-130lb +/-

Estimated Price: $715 +/-

Two payments: $200 down payment and $515 estimated final payment. Final payment collected @pickup at the farm or local deliveries. Pay deposit today to reserve your share!
